PEMCO Water Chillers and Heat Pumps

Pemco water chillers PMCW and PMKK represent the cooling machinery of the new generation and they employ the latest technology in the field. The water chillers have been designed for the cooling needs of industrial processes and air conditioning. The compressors in smaller models are scroll compressors and screw compressors are used in the larger models. Heat exchangers are brazed plate type. The units are typically self adjusting using the frequency inverters or power sliders. Several water chillers can be installed side by side whereby the changes in loads of industrial processes are easy to control and the machines are always functioning economically. Pemco units are equipped with industry standard microprocessor controllers enabling the connections to various networks. The machines are always dimensioned according to best efficiency preferably using expanded water temperature differences..

Customised Coils

Pemco manufactures finned coils to meet the requirements of customers. In addition, the domestically manufactured coils can be delivered at short notice. The casing and lamellas are made of aluminium and the copper tubes are made of 1/2" or 3/8" high quality tube. The coils are also tested at the factory for pressure at 30 bars before being delivered to the customer. The maximum length of a single coil segment is 6,000 mm.

Dry Coolers and Air Condensers

The PMLJ dry cooler system and the PMIL air condenser system are designed for the demanding conditions of IT centres, electric rooms, shopping centres and other areas that require accurate temperature control. Dry coolers or air condensers can be easily connected to each other, which means that even high levels of power can be easily achieved. Therefore, the whole system need not be replaced as the requirement for condensation increases since adding a required number of new units to the existing system will be sufficient. Pemco uses naturally the high efficiency and low noise EC fans in its products.

PMAH Air Handling Units

The basic functions of the PMAH air-handling unit include air filtering, heat recovery, heating and cooling. The machine can be manufactured as a package that includes electric and control devices and a pump and valve set. If necessary, the machine can be installed on the roof of a building.

PMAH Compact is a new kind of air conditioning machine for large spaces that allows the use of the heat recovery unit for partial cooling during the summer months. This mode enables a compact structure where all components of the machine have been assembled into a single functional entity. Applications include offices, public buildings, industrial facilities and schools.

PMPC Air Conditioners

PMPC air conditioners are designed for the air conditioning of challenging facilities where high requirements are set for the quality and reliability of the machine. The machines are principally designed for the air conditioning of control rooms, electric rooms and other similar facilities where year-round reliable temperature control is vital. Laboratory models of the machines are also available and can be tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the customer. Basic functions include air filtering and cooling. The machines are also available with heating, humidification and dehumidification. The machine can either be placed in the facilities where air conditioning is required or in a separate machine room from where air is supplied to the facilities that require air conditioning via ducts. Condensation can be achieved by means of air, water or brine cooling. Pemco uses naturally the high efficiency and low noise EC fans in its products.
